Metropolitan DJ Steve Metz

Steve believes DJ entertainment should complement and enhance the occasion while respecting the needs, desires and expectations of each client. Steve provided this style of refined service in the Chicago area where he had the pleasure of playing for nearly 1000 unique clients. In 2003, Steve brought his talents to Alabama and launched Metropolitan Disc Jockey Service with a focus on wedding receptions, corporate events and private parties which require professional, enjoyable, quality entertainment. Steve had been hired to DJ evets in Chicago, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Miami, Indianapolis, Orlando, San Antonio, Nashville, Atlanta; and internationally on the British Island of Bermuda and in Cancun, Mexico. Steve makes his home in the Hampton Cove area with his wife, Sherill, who is the business manager for Metropolitan. They have two awesome sons, Conner and Cooper.

Metropolitan DJ Nate Mobley - DJ Thrive

Nate was an established DJ in the Huntsville, Alabama area prior to joining Metropolitan Disc Jockey Services. Nate was successfully running his DJ company, Thrive Entertainment, when Metropolitan took notice of his skill set and outgoing personality on the microphone. Metropolitan approached DJ Thrive to join the team and was thrilled in 2016 when Nate accepted an offer to become a Metropolitan DJ team member. With many years of wedding DJ experience and a multitude of corporate and charitable events relying on Nate’s skills to heighten their events, Nate is a great choice for any client seeking an outgoing DJ personality. Nate makes his home in Toney, Alabama with his wife Kristina and his three children Addi, Dyllon and Lakey.

Metropolitan DJ Sampson Enyinda - DJ Sampson

Sampson works full time as a systems engineer for the US Army within their Aviation and Missile Center and supports Foreign Military Sales. He also has years of experience on stage preaching, speaking, acting, dancing, performing, and running sound and audio/video for his home church at The Rock Family Worship Center. Sampson brings experience working with other entertainment companies prior to settling with Metropolitan. Sampson enjoys lifting weights, cooking, traveling, and helping make your event as incredible as possible! Sampson currently lives in Madison, Alabama with his lovely houseplants.

Metropolitan DJ David Smith - DJ David Smith

David joined the Metropolitan team in 2018. David has toured the country with his band “My Mansion” and has much experience running live sound and audio-visual for bands and corporate events. David also performs as a studio musician for music acts and artists nationwide. David displayed his talents at The Rock FWC as a Creative & Media Engineer in their Creative Community before joining the Metropolitan team as an experienced turntable style DJ. David also now coordinates the Live Sound and Video offerings at Metropolitan. Adding to his accomplishments, he has recently played at the historic Ryman Theater in Nashville. David lives in Madison, Alabama with his wife Heather and his dog Maggie.

Metropolitan DJ Jonathan Jones (JJ) - DJ-LITT

JJ (DJ Litt) joined Metropolitan Disc Jockey Service in 2021 after the team discovered him while he performed at a local venue. JJ’s DJ career began in 2016, becoming the 'go-to' DJ on campus for college parties. JJ is one of the resident DJ's at The Wedding Chapel on the Mountain in Huntsville. JJ’s enjoys emceeing events and his knack for song selection keeps the party going. JJ is active in the local community and has been featured on billboards for his accomplishments in sales in the Huntsville, Alabama area where he also resides.

DJ Tony T

DJ Tony T in the place to be. Holla at him 7 days a week! Tony T is a creative designer that brings energy and fuel to a party every time! As a 9 year veteran in the DJ game doing it solo, he knows what is needed to get you moving and grooving. When the opportunity arrived to joining Metropolitan, Tony jumped up at the opportunity to join an elite team that cares about you. Tony T loves producing music, graphic design, front end development and anything else that allows him to express himself! Let's get it! Let's go!

Metropolitan DJ Dr. Michael Foster - DJ Frosty

DJ Frosty came aboard Metropolitan Disc Jockey Service in the summer of 2012, following a long stretch of school, social, and public DJ events. Coming from a long and strong musical background, including work with the Steve Miller Band and the Indigo Girls, DJ Frosty began spinning up music in the late nineties in El Paso, Texas. Capitalizing on these TexMex influences, Frosty has entertained party goers from California to Florida. Frosty has a contagious persona and a musical groove that ranges through all musical genres and directions. Frosty resides in Meridianville with his lovely wife Kimberly and their two children, Riley and Jessie.

Metropolitan DJ Connor Singleton

Connor joined Metropolitan as an experienced music sales professional with a proven track record of success in the industry for over a decade. He enjoys working with clients to meet and exceed their expectations at events. Conner is a locally well know and talented audio technician with experience and expertise in recording, mixing, and audio mastering to deliver exceptional sound quality for various projects. A natural progression led Connor to a dynamic career as a skilled DJ, captivating audiences with spot-on performances and a keen sense of music selection. A dedicated and versatile individual, adept at navigating the music business landscape, honing audio engineering finesse, and igniting dancefloors with DJ skills.

Metropolitan DJ Jessie Foster - DJ Blazer

“DJ Blazer is a college student at UAB and has been involved in music for almost 15 years. She started Competitive Dance at the age of four, and has competed all over the US, including many top finishes. She began playing electric guitar at age 7, and by the age of 13 began creating dance mixes for her dance teams. She began DJing for live crowds by the age of 16. In her short but illustrious career she has DJed for many different school Homecomings and Proms, House Parties, and wedding events. In addition to being both a full-time student and a DJ, she coaches soccer at the High School level and plays on several local soccer teams. She's great wit all the most current music trends, and can bring youthful exuberance as well as seasoned maturity to any event.”

Metropolitan DJ Clay Coleman - DJ Freak Daddy

Clay joined the Metropolitan team in 2018. Clay has been a radio Personality in the Tennessee Valley since 2003. Working for Rocket 95.1, 106.1 WTAK and ALT 92.9. For 14 years Clay has also been the Voice of the Huntsville Havoc Hockey team. He has been a dj on the radio, in clubs and for private parties since he graduated from college. Clay is both a DJ and a personality to handle music and emcee your wedding event! He lives in Madison, Alabama with his wife Chastity, children Madison, Timothy and Wesley, and their dog Turk.

Metropolitan DJ Paul Gradl - DJ Pauli G

As a true turntable DJ, Paul joined Metropolitan Disc Jockey Service in 2006 following his success in making a name for himself in the club arena on a national level, and he is a huge asset to Metropolitan's wedding services. Paul has played venues around the country from New York to Los Angeles to Vegas and has 'rubbed elbows' with some of the most internationally recognized DJ's in the country. Paul brings incredible turntable skills and music knowledge coupled with a wonderfully amiable personality and willingness to positively contribute to events. DJ Paul Gradl now offers wedding clients a fantastic experience and upholds the business philosophies and expectations of Metropolitan’s clients. Paul has received five star reviews from Metropolitan clients throughout his tenure with Metropolitan. Paul makes his home in the Hampton Cove area with his wife their two children.

Metropolitan DJ Daniel Noland - DJ Danny Beats

Daniel joined Metropolitan Disc Jockey Service in 2010 following many collaborative projects with the Metropolitan crew. As an established and accomplished musician, Danny put together a series of DJ/Drummer shows which performed at multiple venues and received great reviews. Now, stepping away from his drum kit as a DJ, Danny is able to more directly interact with clients while utilizing his natural musical knowledge and skills and his passion for stellar performances. Recently, Danny's career was elevated as he was named a DJ finalist the Nashville i106 DJ competition! He's often seen spinning records at a variety of venues, bars and clubs around Huntsville; and Metropolitan is proud to have DJ Danny Beats on our team. Daniel makes his home in the Hampton Cove area with his wife, Kimberly, and their son, Owen.
